What we are not
There is no Wrong Fuel Carlisle garage, workshop or premises. This is a mobile service: a technician travels to the vehicle. We say that plainly because a local phone number and a local name can imply a local building, and we would rather tell you than let you assume.

What people actually said
4.8 out of 5 from 2,190 Trustpilot reviews. Two themes dominate the positive ones — how fast someone arrived, and how calm they were about it.
The recurring negative is price. Publishing that alongside the answer seems more useful than hiding it: From just £89 misfuel callout fee is the call-out, the total is quoted before a technician moves, and there is no charge for being told on the phone that this is a job for a workshop.
Questions we get asked
How long will I be waiting?
Arrival depends where you are across CA1 to CA6 and what is already running. You get a realistic window on the call rather than an optimistic one.
Do you cover all of CA1 to CA6?
Yes, from one rota — so being at one edge of the area rather than the other changes the arrival window, not the price.
What happens to the old fuel?
It leaves with us as controlled waste under a waste transfer note. It is not tipped, and it is not resold to you.
How much does it cost in Carlisle?
From just £89 misfuel callout fee. The full price for your vehicle is confirmed on the phone before a technician sets off, so there is no surprise when we arrive.
Can you come to a supermarket forecourt?
Yes, and it is where a good proportion of jobs happen. Tell the cashier a drainer is on the way; they are used to it.
Is this a garage?
No. Wrong Fuel Carlisle is mobile. A technician travels to the vehicle wherever it is standing.
